I blame the governor for all these. Knowing where this guy is coming from, is enough reason to have just faced front. Funny he could talk about mandate transfer! Well, make I just greet dey waka ππππ |

Kusu12: Majority of the people that have turned him to their Messiah are actually not from Anambra and have never lived there. They have no mind or sense of their own, they just jumped on what they're told and boom! That's what they believe and propagate. Just get close to them and ask them little questions about his antecedents as a governor in his state with proof about all he was able to achieve, you will discover that most of them don't even know! All they would tell you is that he said he left money in the state treasury for his successor, they said he saved money. But how he qualifies as a potential president of a country like Nigeria, they don't know! How many people he's built, they have no idea. Any blueprint of the so called new Nigeria, no idea! Smh! 1 Like 1 Share |

Reno surely has a response to this and I can bet it will not take 72 hours! However, my great people, great Nairalanders especially, it is my advice that you allow these elephants and hyenas fight in peace and never get involved. No matter what they say in the media and what they try to make you believe, they're friends and will always be. They make s and meet when necessary. Never drink Panadol for their headache because you'll be shocked! My two cents. 1 Like |

columbus007: The more reason people should mind what they say or do to the government. You see all these people promoting hate speech, fake news, terrorism etc, if the government doesn't have your time, your are lucky. But God help you and the reverse is your case, just know that you can only come out of it only by the grace of God. 2 Likes 1 Share |

I am honestly disappointed in this post by the PDP national publicity secretary. He is an experienced politician but coming out to say this in the public actually downgrade his image. If as a party you allow external interference from anywhere plunge your party into distress, then, it's your fault. Learn to take responsibility for your woes rather than looking for who to blame

I just don't understand what is happening with the successive governments in Ogun State. The governors are always very pretty in of infrastructure, especially roads! Ogun State is supposed to be a very good state as a result of all the big companies and industries which translates to very good fortune in of IGR. I just don't understand. Ogun needs a governor that's interested in turning things around not those who want to just fulfill the ambition of having been a governor in his lifetime. Maybe they should borrow someone like Wike for a period of two years to open their eyes to the needful. Buy a brand new car today and run it within Ogun State for a period of one year and see what it will look like. This is not supposed to be happening in a state that has good IGR and also gets allocation in billions from the center on a monthly basis. 1 Like |

anonimi: Can you see where you got it all wrong? The FCT lacks access to portable water and there's a need to make provisions for that. Does that now invalidate the fact that the road that was commissioned was unnecessary or a misplaced priority in the first place? Someone has done something as incredible as turning the environmental fortune of the entire FCT around with all his strength and vigour, rather than celebrate and make separate cases for the ones that still need to be done, you are here saying he's celebrating uncompleted road! Fine, I know you would tell me he isn't doing all these with his personal money and I would ask if all the previous FCT ministers have ever been asked to do the projects with their personal money before for which they never saw the need to do all that Wike is now doing. We must learn to appreciate good things and encourage these people to do more. I'm not a fan of any of them but when I see them performing, I appreciate their good works and cheer them on to do more. Thank you |

Mynd44: Gibberish! States do not have the funds to allocate to emergency situations? Then why do we have government at the state level? What stops Ogun State from having emergency response points along the expressway, even if people will be made to pay for it. It is widely known that this often occur along that road so provisions should have been made to intervene in times like this. I can't the last time people were allowed to sleep on the road in Lagos (I don't think it has ever happened) as a result of things like this because there are state agencies to handle that. It is always a problem whenever things of this nature happens on that same expressway within Ogun territory. The one that happened on Kara bridge on a Sunday sometime ago delayed motorists from around 6am till about 6pm until intervention came from Lagos State just because it has affected them. People were finding it difficult to move out of Lagos and the entire traffic in Lagos was messed up. 1 Like |

Konquest: Absolutely! As a matter of fact, I never really fully understood why PMB choose his style of government until after 2023. He never gave room for all those nonsense and people said he was too tough. Anyways, I hope they continue till they get to learn from it. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hmmm, I can see negative comments here and there even after many intellectuals have analyze things and come out with fact, giving honour to whom it is due, only the myopics who find it difficult to see beyond their noses come to counter the facts with empty counter facts. They don't agree but even lack the brain to do their own independent analysis before forming their own opinion. Rather, whatever they're told by their likes who only use them for their political motives is what they carry on their head like gala. Children of hate, I hail una o 1 Like |

Do you think he's doing all these for immediate gains? PBAT is trying to put the SE on the world map and better the lot of that region such that the unborn generation will have a place to proudly call their home but no! I'm glad the issue of PMS in this country has come to this. Gone are the days when they keep telling us about the landing cost of fuel per litre with it's attendant creation of artificial scarcity and subsequent arbitrary increase in prices. Trust me, the greed of the so called marketers is one of the reasons Dangote decided to build the refinery because the price volatility was a motivating factor. Why are they now waking up? So, suddenly they know where to go and who to liaise with to bring PMS to this country at a very reasonable price just because a local refinery is bent on getting a larger market share and they are not willing to lose their businesses. Truly, we need all these economic policies and reforms, especially the ones that affect all the essential items that the masses can not do without. One more thing, the transporters that have bought into the idea of cng are still charging the same rate charged by those on petrol. Why do we do things like this in this country? We All know that the cng is far cheaper than fuel but we are the enemies of ourselves. Peace! 1 Like |

MrMcJay: God bless you bro. I love to commend good performance irrespective of party affiliation. Do what makes life easy for me as a citizen and I'll sing your praises so you can be encouraged to do more. But to some people, it must either be their party, their candidate or their preferred contractor. Anything outside that, they tell you it's a waste of funds, bla bla bla. Personally I never liked Hope but I traveled on this road last month when going to the South South and trust me, I was forced to ask those who claimed to be from Imo, reasons they always bash the man as if he's never done anything! I know the road is a bit narrow for the volume of traffic on that road but I must say he deserves a massive round of applause. I traveled on this road in the night and the illumination made it so easy and smooth as everywhere was as lit as afternoon. Easterners pls try to appreciate your performing governors and make separate cases for other things that needs to be done, not to just be painting them black as if they're not doing anything. My own perspective. |

Obi's spokesperson is doing him a great disservice. How do you claim your principal is still a member of Labour Party and involved in the coalition at the same time? Even as we know, must you remind us? If you want to contest in labour party, go ahead, and if you want to go with the coalition, do it with your full chest! Your consistency matters if you must win the top job in this country. And , it's still the turn of the south. So make hay while the sun shines. As for Atiku, the suggestion to nominate another northerner to run as a running mate to Obi can not fly! His own ambition is very important and supercedes any contrary opinion. Infact, his ambition is the reason for this coalition. If not, he would have stayed with PDP. As for Amaechi, no comment. For the coalition, it's like someone who has a flight for 3pm for which he's supposed to have checked in by 2:30pm, finds himself in Oshodi traffic at 2:55pm and still bother to pick a taxi to the airport to catch the flight! The best thing to do at that point is to either reschedule for the next available flight/date and pay additional fees or forget the journey altogether. You have elections in February 2027 and still struggling to agree in June 2025 (less than 2yrs)! I think it's already too late because the flight already took off. Even PBAT started preparing his second term the very day he won the election. What do I know! |

stacyadams: You obviously don't know the meaning of this electricity bill. It simply means that you can generate your own light and do business with it. So, if you fail to invest in generation, you can't blame Tinubu because he already gave you the free hand to provide electricity for yourself. That's why you would notice that some big companies already disconnected their electricity from the national grid because they generate their own electricity |
