A friend of mine wants to sue the FRSC for delayed issuance of Driver's Licence.
He was captured and issued a temporary driver's licence in January 2024. The temporary licence expired in April 2024. He has gone to their Ojodu office severally but they always stamp on a sheet of paper and ask him to use that as proof of licence.
My guy was supposed to travel out in February this but he needs his licence (to aid in driving test overseas).
