DMerciful:
If petrol price in the international market is $1/lit and you sell less to your citizens, its subsidy because the opportunity cost is higher.

That money you'd have made by selling abroad, that you're not making is subsidy. For Dangote to sell N800, means we're selling him crude cheaper, which is a form of subsidy.

There's also harmonization cost to close the gap even to the farthest states

Better read about subsidy, and better read about competition and cost of labour, and cost of production of petrol in Nigeria

Also most petrol imported is not standard and as such cheaper

Again, petrol prices vary worldwide. There is no one size fits all price.

Thanks. I ain't part of your pdp and apc war. Like you persist in believing in your lies because you think I this useless government.

People always die in hospitals for a variety of reasons

It's not a marker of government goodness per se.

There are other ways to show that this apc government is bad without using hospital mortality rates. Otherwise you may it that GEJ was a bad leader or buhari was bad too.

If this is true we could pay off our debt within a year.
ejieddy: 5:26pm On Jun 12
If this is for April alone, that's good. But more is needed. Not up to a billion dollars in profit. We could target a billion dollars in profit. I just wish the president can actually reduce spending and caution this reckless wastage of money on frivolous projects

With All this profit and revenue,
Why is Tinubu still borrowing.
dederocs(m): 5:42pm On Jun 12
These revenue should be channeled so a huge portion is used to build sustainable hospitals, world class hospitals managed by professionals so it's sustainable. Government should create solar farms and production hubs across the geographical zones. We have enough sun to power Nigeria.

For 8 years Buhari didn't publish NNPC earnings , everything was done in obscurity
and someone tinubu said he put to power and apc didn't query him for not doing so for 8 years
funshint(m): 5:55pm On Jun 12
While NNPC under Melee Kyari was declaring loss year-in-year out. Even during the year 2022 that Nigeria was supposed to make it's highest profit ever; Saudi in contrast declared a profit of almost 95% highest in their history. I still don't understand how Melee Kyari and his other NNPC crooks are not in prison at the moment. Wonderful!
starstaz(m): 6:01pm On Jun 12
Fake profit. If he sure dem, kindly plough 10% of the profit on Legumes Agriculture produce ,as a way of helping in areas of food security.

For example... In 2024 budget, the recurrent non debt expenditure stood at 8+ trillion naira....

Remove the figure you saw from nnpc now.... Tell me how much is left and where you will get the deficit assuming you're the president
