If you believe Akitu/Obi will defeat President Tinubu in coming election then we need to access you very well. Never underestimate the power of a sitting president who has thr National Assembly in his left hand.
SmartPolician:

Obi should form an alliance with Atiku with the agreement that Atiku will serve for one tenure because he's old. Afterwards, he will Obi's ambition in 2031.

If that deal goes through, Tinubu will be defeated before noon on the election day. You can keep living in a cloud cuckoo land if it makes you sleep well.

Okay
Calitoscassius:
Good, i accept it is your mind.

Alot of people? How many?

A lot of people these days would also move to America.
crossbreedwears(m): 4:30pm On Jan 18
Ok sir
BadBradley:

It is position people like you hold , that is why army do not respect traffic laws and regulations in this country because they feel it is subjective to their commanders
why are you not asking a lawyer?

It's funny you're asking a military man who's ignorant, arrogant and holds disdain against police superiority in law enforcement.

No army man will it to you a civilian, than a policeman can arrest him.

Go and ask your lawyer and come back
crossbreedwears(m): 4:30pm On Jan 18
Okay sir
Forkthiefnubu:

No problem stay where u are, stop coming to the USA and causing troubles for folks with ur stealing and felonies

I am just telling you my mind. A lot of people these days would rather move elsewhere than America
Calitoscassius:
How is a country that has job Opportunities be overrated? Those countries In Europe are not better if there are no opportunities in them. are you just going to go live Europe without jobs?
crossbreedwears(m): 11:59am On Jan 18
Lol lol If only you know me in person then you'd take your words back
Endinjustice:

I'm sure you were amongst those who called for fire and brimstone and wanted to burn down the country when it was increased to #145.
crossbreedwears(m): 10:55am On Jan 18
Okay. I won't argue with you
BadBradley:
grin

You're asking a soldier who will go and arrest a Taylor that delayed his girlfriend's clothes?

Or a Nigerian army who will detain you in the barracks for traffic offense!

I'm surprised in Nigeria, many people believe the army isn't answerable to the police when they commit crimes against the state. Wrong.

Ask a lawyer.
crossbreedwears(m): 10:55am On Jan 18
Okay sir
ARISHEM:

It’s because you are in Nigeria that is why you are saying this
crossbreedwears(m): 10:54am On Jan 18
Your point is not valid. You can ask a military personnel officer for more enlighten. We have dealt with cases in the past and off recent. I know what i am saying
BadBradley:
let's say a soldier rapes a girl or brutally assaults a person in a residential apartment where they live.

The case will be reported to the police and the army is expected to corporate by asking the soldier to report himself to the police or produce the soldier to the police for investigation.

It is not for the army to tell the police that they will investigate. Nope.

We're not under military rule anymore but the psyche remains
crossbreedwears(m): 10:46am On Jan 18
America is overrated my brother. The only reason people want to relocate there is because of job opportunities. There are better countries in europe someone can relocate to.

Petrol can't be sold at 500 naira/litre again
Endinjustice:
tongue

I thought they claimed that two refineries have started working at full capacity and that we should expect price of petrol to fall below #500/l this week.

Propaganda does not fix economy.
crossbreedwears(m): 10:28am On Jan 18
If the gun is ed and has a food lawyer, he will walk away. The only only issue is how did he get the gun and what he does for a living. Efcc won't want to let go of the issue. They will look for means to nail the suspect. But how can a security agency operate at dead of night. The suspect might think it is cult clash because mosg gee boys are into game
pimplucious:

Bursting into people’s house in the dead of the night like armed robbers not only put personnel in arms way but endanger the live of suspects.

About time EFCC rethink the mode of operation.

With a good lawyer dude can get away with murder. God help him the gun is ed, at most he will be slammed with man slaughter.
crossbreedwears(m): 10:24am On Jan 18
Bro, i just called a course mate of mine who is a Major in the Military police. He said the Soldier will be sent to his unit then he will be court martial which might be a dismissal offense or demotion depending on the commander. If he get dismissed then he will be handded over to NDLEA which will carry on with his case. If you chose to disagree then no problem
BadBradley:
completely false.

It depends on the crime and on what capacity the crime was commited.

For offenses against the state and in a personal capacity when a military man is not on duty, hr will be prosecuted and arrested by the police.

If he is on active duty and commits a crime in the course of his duty, the military will take over

, the police is superior as far as law enforcement is concerned and their jurisdiction covers everybody from government officials to the military except sitting presidents and governors as per sec. 308 of the 1999 constitution
crossbreedwears(m): 10:17am On Jan 18
Okay
BadBradley:
I can't understand this
crossbreedwears(m): 10:17am On Jan 18
Lol lol

So will the police go and charge a military person who's still active in service to the court. I have stated my point sir

I am not longer active in service and i can tell you what will happen. Don't be surprised he will be sent back to his unit. Let gist you a story of a course mate of mine who police caught him with pistol at midnight, but his unit had released him to civil school. The police took him to his unit and explained the whole story. The commander dismissed him immediately and gave the police all sorts of papers before they could proceed with him.
BadBradley:
His offense is a federal offense so the police had him first before the military.

If the military were the one that fit him, they could court marshall him and dismiss him and hand him over to civilian authorities.

When the police catch a military personnel committing any state or federal crime, he will be prosecuted accordingly.

There's no special privilege there
crossbreedwears(m): 12:07am On Jan 18
I completely disagree with. Before police can proceed on a military personnel issues then he has to be dismissed from the service then handed over to the civil authorities. I am telling you from experience

He's right. He will be court martial and be dismissed.
BadBradley:
It isn't a court marshall process alone.

He committed a cover civilian crime and will be tried in a court of law still.

crossbreedwears(m): 7:21pm On Jan 17
If his commander is nice, he will be demoted anf posted to NE, but if the commander is wicked, he will be dismissed from service and handed over to NDLEA
